1. General
No.
There is currently no native version for MacOS of KIWI HEALTH.
The only way to get the application running on a Mac is via virtualization software (e.g. Parallels or Virtual Box).
The prerequisites for this are sufficient resources (CPU and RAM) and a Windows license.
Yes.
As a registered user, you can submit a support request through your account at any time.
We are also available by mail to document.getElementById("eeb-1245-372760").innerHTML = eval(decodeURIComponent("%27%6b%6f%6e%74%61%6b%74%40%6b%69%77%69%2d%68%65%61%6c%74%68%2e%64%65%27"))*protected email* or by phone (phone number see contact).
Your request will be processed as soon as possible. Usually you will receive an answer within one day.
No.
In the demo version all functionalities of KIWI HEALTH are available without restrictions, but limited to 30 days.
If you want to continue using KIWI HEALTH afterwards, you will need to purchase a monthly or annual subscription.
2. Subscriptions
We would really like to provide KIWI HEALTH for free.
However, since the implementation of the project unfortunately involves some not inconsiderable costs for development and operation, this is unfortunately not possible.
The prices for the subscriptions are calculated in such a way that these costs can be absorbed. Only in this way we can continue the project within a reasonable framework.
Yes.
With us, you have full control over your subscription at all times.
You can cancel your subscription at any time or switch to manual renewal. Your license will always remain valid until the end of the term.
If you cancel, you will have to place a new order when you resume at a later date.
If you deactivate the automatic renewal in your customer account, you will receive a reminder email when the subscription expires. This mail is neither a request for payment nor an invoice. You can decide yourself whether the subscription should be renewed immediately or at a later date of your choice. This step requires your own initiative, as only you can initiate the reorder.
The automatic renewal is set in the customer account under:
“Subscriptions” – click on “View” – turn “Auto-renew”-switch on or off.
No.
The subscription for the demo version will be automatically terminated after 30 days.
An unsolicited conversion into a paid subscription will not take place. A separate order is required for the monthly or annual subscription.
For technical reasons, only one license key is created when an order is placed.
If you want to install KIWI HEALTH on multiple computers, you can get additional license keys (up to three in total) on request.
No.
Your license is bound to your email address. All communication takes place via it. That’s why our licenses are created and issued personalized for you.
3. Installation
This is nothing to worry about!
All KIWI HEALTH executables have been sent to Microsoft and all reputable antivirus software vendors for review and have been deemed safe and secure.
In addition, the executable files are signed by a recognized certification authority with a certificate issued to me personally, which I received only after a thorough check.
So if you get such a message, please update your operating system and virus scanner. After that, the message should disappear. If not, please contact us and we will help you.
The application can be completely uninstalled via the Windows Control Panel.
4. Application
Yes, 100%!
Your data scanned with KIWI HEALTH will remain exclusively on your computer. No further storage or disclosure to third parties will be made at any time, unless this is done by yourself, for example by sending reports to your doctor.
If that’s the case, then just save the export to iCloud or another cloud.
Just download the generated file “Export.zip” locally to your computer and then read it with KIWI HEALTH.
If that is the case, then you probably have a lot of data collected and/or a “slow” computer.
Admittedly, KIWI HEALTH requires as powerful a computer with as much RAM as possible.
If both are not available because your computer is a bit older, you can limit the scope of the data before reading it. You can access this function via the menu item “Restrict data import”. There you can set any period of time and select specific health values, which will be read in.
No, not in the application.
With KIWI HEALTH you can evaluate all data from Apple Health. However, there it is possible to enter data manually or collect it automatically, e.g. via the Apple Watch or other trackers.
Thus, KIWI HEALTH is a purely reading evaluation tool.
It depends!
Basically, the content of the reports is specified by the application.
However, you are completely flexible in the composition of the report pages. You can combine different reports into one PDF, delete individual pages from it, add comments and notes, and highlight important information.
Individual diagrams can also be easily exported (e.g. as an image) and inserted into other applications (e.g. Word).
The tables can also be customized. The handling is similar to the one in Excel. This concerns among other things the sorting of the values, visibility and arrangement of the columns as well as sums, minimum, maximum values or also conditional formatting per column.
In short, pretty much everything!
One of the outstanding features of KIWI HEALTH is the possibility to export all reports displayed on the screen also as PDF or in other formats (e.g. as image or Excel spreadsheet).
Thus, you have extensive possibilities to prepare well for a doctor’s visit or a conversation with your fitness trainer or nutritionist and to hand over reports to them.
