After successful order a user account will be created for you.
There you can manage your subscription and download the Kiwi installer.
The license key and all further information will be sent to you by e-mail.
We will support you with your concerns via our support ticket system.

  • larger and clearer display of diagrams and tables on one or more monitors
  • simultaneous comparison of evaluations
  • merging of health values via date/time and simultaneous display in any combination
  • evaluation of large amounts of data (depending on computer performance, hundreds of thousands of data sets can be processed)
  • display of data over large periods of time
  • zoom and scroll function in diagrams
  • search, filter, grouping function, changeable arrangement of columns as well as column totals in tables
  • creation of PDF reports with comment function
  • diagrams can be inserted as an image via the clipboard in other applications (e.g. Word), etc.
  • export of data tables as XLSX file (Excel)
  • print preview with various export options, header and footer customization, page properties, etc.
  • evaluation and export of any time periods

The evaluations in KIWI HEALTH give you a comprehensive overview of your collected health data.
You can export them at any time in different formats (PDF, charts, tables) and show them to your doctor.

Can I cancel my subscription early?

Yes.

With us, you have full control over your subscription at all times.

You can cancel your subscription at any time or switch to manual renewal. Your license will always remain valid until the end of the term.

If you cancel, you will have to place a new order when you resume at a later date.

If you deactivate the automatic renewal in your customer account, you will receive a reminder email when the subscription expires. This mail is neither a request for payment nor an invoice. You can decide yourself whether the subscription should be renewed immediately or at a later date of your choice. This step requires your own initiative, as only you can initiate the reorder.

The automatic renewal is set in the customer account under:
“Subscriptions” – click on “View” – turn “Auto-renew”-switch on or off.

Why do I get only one license key?

For technical reasons, only one license key is created when an order is placed.

If you want to install KIWI HEALTH on multiple computers, you can get additional license keys (up to three in total) on request.

Is my license transferable?

No.

Your license is bound to your email address. All communication takes place via it. That’s why our licenses are created and issued personalized for you.
